We all have insecurites. We’re all capable of losing confidence in our ability to achieve things that, on a conscious level, we know we’re well able to achieve. And that particular type of insecurity is a relatively common one among sportsmen- even top class sportsmen- despite their armoury of great talent, skill, and expertise. And the consequence can be a dip in form- perhaps in a specific area. But the important thing, if that occurs, is that the sportsman concerned focuses on trying to improve the situation.
